About

Rebuilding the Portfolio: DH for Art Historians was one of three pilot projects supported by the Getty Foundation during the summer of 2014 to increase the number of professional development opportunities for training art historians in digital humanities methods. The summer institute was attended by 22 art historians, from different stages of their careers and from varied backgrounds, including faculty, curators, art librarians, and archivists who were eager to explore the digital turn in the humanities.

The institute was hosted by the Roy Rosenzweig Center for History and New Media, at George Mason University.

Participants tweeted about their institute experience with the hashtag #doingdah14
